Customer service is at the heart of all we do. It starts with communication. We make it easy to book appointments by text, call or online.

Once the appointment is set- we'll send a confirmation the day before and be there when we say we will.

We'll answer any questions you have and provide expert workmanship on all jobs. We're not done until you're satisfied.

Lastly- we'll make sure we leave your home cleaner than we found it, always taking care to treat your home as if it was our own.

We make it easy to book appointments by text, call or online. We'll gather as much information including pictures of the proposed work by text.

We'll confirm your appointment by phone and send a reminder text the day before.

We show up on-time ready to get the job done- saving you time and hassle.

What areas do you service?

We are located in Ballston Spa, NY. This central location allows us to service all of the Capital Region. We serve Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany and Rensselaer County

How does pricing work?

We price by the task. Each service is itemized on our estimate- providing full transparency before any work begins.

Charging per hour incentivizes taking longer than a job may require. We will complete the agreed upon work thoroughly and completely. If the job takes longer than we anticipated, you won't pay any additional cost.

If you want an estimate for any work- please feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to provide an honest and fair quote.

Is there a minimum charge or trip fee?

There is a minimum of $250 charge for services. If you are only looking for a single task, we ask customers to look around their homes for additional to-do list items we can assist with. Since we can service a variety of jobs that specialized services won't handle, there is usually additional jobs we can complete in any home to reach the minimum.

There is no additional trip fee charged for services.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, check and Venmo for payment. Payment is due after service is completed. Any material cost over $500 is paid by the customer upfront.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have full general liability coverage.

Do you offer services not shown on your website?

Yes. Our most popular services are shown above but other services are offered. However, we exclusively do small jobs. If you're looking for a large remodel or major plumbing or electrical work we can recommend another company. If a job will take more than a couple days we won't take the job so we can stay available to our customers.
